• If the client is not satisfied with the sample, no payment is required.

2. Project Payments

• Once a project is approved and payment is made, it confirms the start of development.
• Payments are generally non-refundable after project initiation.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The project has not been started.
• There is a clear failure from our side to deliver agreed services.
• A mutual agreement is reached between both parties.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

• Work has already been completed or partially delivered.
• Client changes requirements after project start.
• Delay is caused due to lack of communication from client.
• Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after approval.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel the project before development starts for a partial or full refund.
• Once development begins, cancellation will not guarantee a refund.
